In attempt to go one better than Helenmh's six-word film reviews (my favourite was of Mamma Mia, for which she wrote: "Colin Firth with no shirt on"), here is my two-word review of Baz Luhrmann's new blockbuster, Australia:
Whew Jackman!
Or, if you would prefer the full six words: "Hugh Jackman gets his kecks off" (or "Daniel Craig, eat your heart out"). And if you would prefer an intelligent review, I'm sorry.

Nice review!
Going off-topic, I still haven't responded over at mine to your previous post: the art of subtle procrastination is clearly catching :-)
(I'll get there in the end though!)
Ha! Less is more, when it comes to reviews:-)
Happy New Year Leigh.
No need for more, that review will do nicely for me. I was contemplating going to see the movie, now I'm definately going to go. Thanks.
Happy 2009. x
Hmm, well your review inspires me to go watch the film at least!
A woman of many words - like your style ;-) Have a great 2009. TFx
BTW. Done you tag thingy.
I take it this one's worth a look then?
Oo-er. Makes up for the rather lacklustre reviews the film's had so far!
Happy New Year :o)
Hmmm, I'm going then... Why waste words?
Someone else who procrastinates! I think it should be made an olympic sport. I'm going to try and get the word meter thiniy to work, might need to get back to you on that one! Great blog, I'll be back.
word meter worked! Thanks.
Trousers - Still looking forward to it!
Lane - And when it comes to Hugh Jackman's clothes, too!
Debs - Very pleased to hear it. Hope you enjoy it too!
Womag - You can always close your eyes if it gets too much.
TF - Ooh, I'm coming over to see.
Helen - Oh, definitely worth a look. Definitely.
Karen - Yeah, some critics have really slammed it; but I thought the whole thing was fab. Quite frankly, if the film carries me along, as this one did, I don't have the need to look for nitpicks.
JJ - Well, quite. Hope you enjoy it!
Claire - Hello and welcome! Kindred spirits are always welcome!
